Our Nocellara del Belice olives grow on an family owned ancient farmland in the sunny hills of Corleone, Palermo.
We produce only small batches.

At our olive farm nature and tradition live in harmony. Nestled in the heart of Sicily, in the high valley of the Belice River in Corleone, Palermo and the protected wood of Ficuzza, our olive farm stands as a guardian of tradition, biodiversity, and sustainable agriculture. Here, in an unspoiled landscape untouched by industrial farming, we cultivate 25 hectares of olive groves with deep respect for the land and its ancient rhythms.
Our olive groves thrive on natural slopes crisscrossed by green corridors rich in insect life. We avoid disturbing the soil, refraining from plowing or using chemical fertilizers. Instead, we rely on the natural fertilization provided by our donkeys, geese, and hens, who are not only part of the ecosystem but also our valued and cute collaborators.
OUR OLIVES
Our extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Nocellara del Belice olives, carefully hand-picked in the month of October from a small team and harvested according to local tradition. The olives are cold-pressed using state-of-the-art machinery at a controlled temperature to preserve their delicious natural aroma, flavor, and nutrients.
After pressing, the oil is stored in large stainless steel containers, kept cool and away from light. Here, the olive pulp residues naturally settle at the bottom, ensuring the oil remains pure and unfiltered.
Finally, the Tredici Baci olive oil is bottled and packaged directly from the steel vats, delivering a product that is fresh, authentic, and rich in nutritions and vitamins- ready to be enjoyed at your table for a healthy lifestyle!
